What?

Defiant Sports is an inclusive sports club aimed at children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. There are many lessons/sessions to choose from, including tennis for adults with learning disabilities and people with visual impairments, sport and sensory social youth group, football for SEND children and their siblings and friends, youth groups and boccia and seated sports and much more. 
Compass Card offer: The first session or lesson is free for the Compass Card holder. If you find group settings difficult, Compass Card holders get a free half hour private sports lesson. These groups or lessons can be at the hub in the Archery, tennis at Fisherman’s Green or sound tennis at Eastbourne Sports Park. From July 2026 sessions will also take place at the neurodiversity hub at Egerton park in Bexhill.
Accessibility: The hub is on one level and there is accessible parking directly outside in the car park or on the surrounding streets. Any activities held outside of the hub are held in fully accessible venues.

How?

There is no need to book and you can just turn up for group sessions/lessons. Make sure you take your Compass Card with you to validate the first free session.
