PaCC seeks Engagement Worker

Can you help strengthen the voice of parent carers and SEND families and improve outcomes for children?
PaCC are seeking an Engagement Worker to play a key role in two initiatives – Autism in Schools (AiS) and Partnerships for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS) projects. The role will work with health and education partners and specific named schools to improve the outcomes for children and young people with SEND, and to strengthen relationships between schools and their parent carer community.
Role details
- 15 hours/week, worked flexibly, including majority term-time working
- £16.94-17.23 hour (£30,825-31,364 p.a pro-rata)
- + 5% pension, pro-rata 26 days annual leave a year, + extra 3 days at Christmas + Public Holidays
- Fixed-term until March 2026 in the first instance, with the possibility of extension
- Location Brighton & Hove, working from Brighton office, in schools in Brighton & Hove (B&H) and from home

You will have Lived Experience of neurodivergence, health conditions or disabilities – ideally as a parent/carer of a child, young person or adult, with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and experience of working in partnership to improve outcomes for children and young people.
