What?
A little piece of heaven in 50 acres of traditional Sussex countryside. Farm animals – goats, sheep, pigs, horses, turkeys – space to run and play, exhibitions and some hungry fish to feed! There’s a path round Stoneywish described as suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. There is a museum showing different aspects of Ditchling and the surrounding villages. Snacks are available, but for a full meal, bring a picnic.
General provision: There’s a group discount of 20% for groups of 15 paying people or more to enter the nature reserve at Stoneywish and there are also camping facilities onsite at £11 per person, per night.
Compass Card offer: 50 pence discount to the Nature Reserve for Compass Card holders (so £5 for 3 to 18s, £6 for over 18s) and one parent carer goes free with each Compass Card holder. No charge for under 3s.
Accessibility: Accessible parking and accessible toilets. Most farms areas are accessible, but there’s a wooded area that has an uneven surface and some areas with long grass in the play field.
