Prince Regent Swimming Complex, owned by Brighton & Hove City Council and operated by Freedom Leisure, is a sports centre with swimming pool and a well-equipped gym situated in central Brighton.
Compass Card offer: ‘Junior Health & Fitness’ – after £10 induction, supervised sessions for 12-15s using cardio-vascular equipment in the gym (3.30-5.30pm weekdays, 11am to 2pm Saturday, school holidays 12 noon to 3pm every day) are free. Gym – after £10 induction, gym use is free for 16-24s. Swimming – Compass Card holder, one carer and up to three others go free. If older card holders prefer to go without their carer, they and one friend go free. For swimming offer, Compass Card holders can use their cards once a day. You’re subject to the usual pool rules and under 8s must be accompanied in the water at all times by a responsible adult.
