General ticket prices: The Old Market offers free tickets for Personal Assistants and carers, if you’re accompanying the person you care for and they need your support.
Compass Card offer: 15% ticket discount on selected TOM’s-tagged shows for Compass Card holders and their families. Look out for the wording ‘TOM’s Friends 15% discount available’ on specific show pages. Offer excludes the venue levy.

How?
Use the promo code CCDISCOUNT to access the discount when you book. Tickets with this promo code can be purchased online (just add the discount code to the promo code box before proceeding with your order), by emailing here or calling the Box Office on 01273 201801 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm). You can also book in person at the Box Office (open Monday to Friday, 12 to 3pm). Please note that accompanying PA tickets cannot be processed online, so please let the box office know if you require one to be added to your order and they will be happy to do so. Please note, you’ll need to show your Compass Card upon arrival.
