What?

Set in the attractive surroundings of Manor Park, adjacent to the A27, Lancing Manor provides easy access and ample free parking. Facilities include a fitness suite, weights room, health suite, 6-court badminton sports hall, squash court, floodlit 3G pitches, group exercise studio, crèche, café and conference & function room.
General provision: one carer accompanying the Compass Card holder is admitted free of charge.
Compass Card offer: Compass Card holders get a discount on South Down’s adult membership scheme, FIT4 (so membership costs £40.95 instead of £49.95 pcm). FIT4 membership provides free classes, gym, swimming pool use, racquet sports and much more. If you would rather pay as you go, Compass Card holders get a 20% discount. Additionally, one carer accompanying the card holder goes free. Free gym carers admission is applicable if the carer is supervising the Compass Card holder, the carer is not permitted to use the gym equipment free of charge. Free swim carers admission is applicable if the Compass Card holder is paying to swim.
Accessibility: All South Downs buildings are accessible and have accessible parking and accessible toilets. There is hoist assisted changing available.

How?

Show the Compass Card when you pay.  If you want to join the adult membership scheme you will need to do this in person, at the centre, where you will be required to fill in some forms.
