Your wellbeing session – Woodingdean

This is a facilitated morning to take stock and discuss your wellbeing. You can choose from :

  • Pilates, gentle movement and meditation
  • Creative arts, vision boards
  • Community, cuppas and conversation

Wear comfortable clothes to move in. All mats etc provided. Gentle and safe, no experience needed.
