This is a facilitated morning to take stock and discuss your wellbeing. You can choose from :
- Pilates, gentle movement and meditation
- Creative arts, vision boards
- Community, cuppas and conversation
Wear comfortable clothes to move in. All mats etc provided. Gentle and safe, no experience needed.
