East Sussex Insiders’ Guide to ADHD
The Insiders’ Guide covers things like understanding ADHD, survival tips, some practical ideas to help at home or school, tips to handle tricky meetings and lots more. It’s also a great way to get together with others having similar experiences.
This is a free 5-week course which is run by an Amaze worker and a parent carer with lived experience. We ask that you commit to attending all 5 sessions.
Dates: Thurs Nov 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and Dec 7th.
Times: 10am – 1pm each week.
Venue: The course will be held in a venue in Eastbourne. Details to be confirmed when your booking has been processed.

This course is only open to East Sussex parent carers with a child or young person, under 18, who has been diagnosed with ADHD.
