Pre-book experiences

Access information
The event is open to everyone, but we have designed the event with accessibility in mind. The venue has step-free access to enter/exit and navigate the event (although some exits require using stairs which will be clearly marked). The front door is not power assisted but volunteers will be available to help with doors.
The layout of the event has been designed to ensure there is space to navigate between activities for people with buggies and wheelchairs. We have some stalls in the middle of the room but we expect there to be 2.5 metres of space between stalls that are against the wall and that are in the middle of the room.
The venue has accessible and gender-neutral toilets available. There is a changing places toilet in Friars Walk car park which is approximately 5-minute walk/ 900ft away from the entrance to the venue. To access the changing places toilet, you need to obtain a fob by contacting the council (contact details at the link above).
We anticipate that the event will be loud. We have also designated 12pm-1pm as a quiet hour where no performances will take place, and no music will be played.
A hearing loop will be available for performances.
If you have any questions about event access, please contact us on [email protected].
