Downloadable resources
We also have fact sheets about DLA and PIP and, if you give us a ‘pen picture’ of your child’s needs, we can send you more detailed written resources to help you tackle different pages of the claim pack.
One to one support with a claim for DLA or PIP
If you have additional needs, and you live in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex we may be able to offer you individual help. We offer this extra support to young people and parent carers with disabilities or health needs and those with literacy difficulties or English as a second language.
The extra support is likely to be by a combination of phone calls, email, meeting in-person or virtually on Zoom or WhatsApp, depending on what works for you. We can help you draft your claim and pick the right supporting evidence to send in with it.
Volunteer for Amaze
Amaze is always looking for volunteers. We can train and support you to help other parent carers make claims for DLA or PIP or volunteer in lots of other ways.
