 Join Kathy from the Parent Groups and Befriending team at Lovebrook for a 
 wellbeing in nature day. Lovebrook is a for-benefit organisation based acr
 oss 33 acres in the beautiful South Downs village of Kingston.\n\nWe are o
 ffering a FREE nature focused day for East Sussex parent carers who would 
 like the opportunity to take some time out\, enjoy some wellbeing practice
 s\, have space in nature to reflect and enjoy nourishing food and connecti
 on.\n\nYour day will run from 10am to 3pm with a range of activities. Thes
 e may change depending on the weather but could include a tour of the farm
 \, a wellbeing practice session\, a guided group activity such as foraging
 \, crafting or harvesting/planting\, a delicious vegetarian lunch and a gu
 ided nature walk or group reflection time.\n\nSpaces are limited to 15 par
 ent carers\, so book your place as soon as possible. If all 15 spaces fill
