SUMMARY:Tapping for Balance: An Amaze Parent Carer Workshop
DESCRIPTION:[su_spacer] Restore Your Energy: a two hour wellbeing workshop\
 nJoin Kathy from the Parent Groups and Befriending team who will lead this
  restorative workshop\, followed by a chance to chat with other parent car
 ers over coffee and cake.\nCaring for a child or young person with SEND ca
 n be emotionally and physically exhausting. This gentle\, practical worksh
 op introduces Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)\, also known as tapping t
 o help parent carers reduce stress\, regulate emotions and feel more groun
 ded in everyday life.\n\nNo prior experience needed. Just come as you are 
 and leave with simple tools you can use anytime.\nThe tapping session will
  run from 10am to 12pm\, followed by a social space from 12 to 1pm.  Plac
 es are limited and must be booked in advance. There is on-site car parking
