DESCRIPTION:Join the Sussex Downs Half Marathon and run 9Km or 22Km for Ama
 ze!\nThe Sussex Downs Half Marathon has a lot to offer. Whether it’s pic
 turesque and unspoilt views you’re after or a challenging climb\, there
 ’s something for everyone.\n\nThere are two routes to choose from: 22Km 
 Half Marathon route and a 9Km Standard route.\n\nTo find out more about th

 ere you will run a visually rewarding loop on sturdy trails towards Bright
 on before heading back up to the South Downs Way which will overload your 
 senses with its amazing scenery.\n\nYou will then descend from the Sussex 
 Downs hilltop enjoying the vast and sprawling views before a flat final 3 
 km to the finish.\n\nRegardless of experience or ability\, we actively enc
 ourage new runners to our events and have 2 route distances to choose from
 .\n\nAt the finish line you will receive a well-deserved high-quality meta
 l medal\, finisher’s gift and refreshing drink!\nWhen does the event tak
 e place?\nThis event starts at the Plumpton Racecourse\, right at the foot
  of The South Downs National Park it is in easy reach of Brighton\, Haywar
 ds Heath\, Lewes\, Burgess Hill and the A27/ A23. This takes place on 6th 
 December 2025.\nHow will I fundraise?\nWhen you sign up\, we will send you
  a link to register a justgiving page. Our fundraising team will give you 
 lots of tips and support along the way and support to hit your fundraising
  goal. The 9Km run costs £15.60 plus booking fee and we ask that you fund
 raise a minimum of £150. The 22Km run costs £15.60 plus booking fee and 
 we ask that you fundraise a minimum of £250.\n\nHitting your fundraising 
 target covers the costs of your place in the run and helps raise funds for
