DESCRIPTION:Slater and Gordon are offering free online legal sessions to pa
 rent carers this June.\nThe sessions will give you a chance to ask questio
 ns from a medical negligence or education specialist lawyer.\n\nMedical ne
 gligence legal experts may be able to help you if:\n\n 	you or a loved one
  suffered because of poor care or a medical negligence\n 	you experienced 
 a delay in diagnosis or treatment\n 	you lost a family member due to subst
 andard medical care\n 	you been given incorrect medical advice or treatmen
 t\n\nEven if you are not sure if you have a case but have questions you wo
 uld like to discuss or answer\, one of their experienced lawyers can have 
 a free confidential chat with you.\n\nSlater and Gordon's Education Law ex
 perts focus on special educational needs and disability work specialising 
 in Education Health and Care (EHC) plans including:\n\n 	Advice on the who
 le process of securing an EHC plan from start to finish.\n 	Expert advice 
 on the legalities and evidence required to secure an EHC needs assessment 
 and then to secure an EHC plan.\n 	Representing parents in appeals to the 
 SEND tribunal\n 	Assessing the content of EHC plans and advise on whether 
 they are legally enforceable and the quality of provision.\n 	How to secur
 e changes to special educational provision including increases to therapy 
 provision\, teaching input and expertise and changes in school/college pla
 cement.\n\nWhen is it taking place?\nThere are two sessions taking place w
