SUMMARY:Relaxation session for East Sussex parent carers
DESCRIPTION:[su_spacer] Relax and refresh: a one-hour wellbeing session for
  carers\nJoin Kathy from the Parent Groups and Befriending team\, and expe
 rienced Solution Focused Hypnotherapist Karen\, in this one hour relaxatio
 n session\, which has been created to help you to let go of the stresses a
 nd strains of the day\, to quieten a busy mind\, and to restore your sense
  of balance.\n\nThis session is for everyone. The intention is for you to 
 leave feeling peaceful\, refreshed with a clearer\, calming mindset.\n\nPl
 ease bring along a mat\, pillow\, blanket and bottle of water.\n\nAs well 
 as having some time out to relax and refresh\, this is a great opportunity
  to meet other parent carers experiencing similar situations and challenge
 s.\n\nThe session will run from 11am to 12pm at The JOFF Youth Centre in P
 eacehaven.  Places are limited and must be booked in advance. There is on
 -site car parking and refreshments will be provided. Please note\, this se
