DESCRIPTION:[su_spacer] Recharge and reconnect: a two-hour wellbeing worksh
 op for carers\nJoin Kathy from the Parent Groups and Befriending team\, an
 d Seaford based arts charity SCIP\, for this refreshing two-hour workshop 
 focused entirely on your wellbeing. Through gentle\, guided mirrored drawi
 ng drawing exercises done with a partner\, you’ll practice mindfulness\,
  tap into your creativity\, and form meaningful connections with others wh
 o empathise with your journey.\n\nThe session culminates in a simple expre
 ssive activity where you’ll sculpt/design your own artwork using paper o
 r clay. This is an easy to access creative activity\, and no previous expe
 rience making art is necessary to enjoy and embrace some creative time for
  your self.\n\nCome and enjoy time to breathe\, create\, and just be.\n\nA
 s well as having some time out to relax and be creative\, this is a lovely
  opportunity to meet other parent carers experiencing similar situations a
 nd challenges.\n\nThe session will run from 10am to 12pm at SCIP’s Seafo
 rd studio. Places are limited and must be booked in advance. Refreshments
