DESCRIPTION:[su_spacer] Recharge and reconnect: a two-hour wellbeing worksh
 op for carers\nJoin Zoe from the Parent Groups and Befriending team\, and 
 Seaford based arts charity SCIP\, for this refreshing two-hour workshop f
 ocused entirely on your wellbeing. Through gentle\, guided mirrored move
 ment and abstract drawing exercises done with a partner\, you'll practic
 e mindfulness\, tap into your creativity\, and form meaningful connectio
 ns with others who empathise with your journey.\n\nThe session culminates
  in a meditative\, expressive activity where you'll sculpt/design your own
  artwork using paper or clay. Come and enjoy time to breathe\, create\, an
 d just be.\n\nAs well as having some time out to relax and be creative\, t
 his is a lovely opportunity to meet other parent carers experiencing simil
 ar situations and challenges.\n\nThe session will run from 10.30am to 12.3
 0pm at our Eastbourne office. Places are limited and must be booked in adv
 ance. There is on-site car parking and refreshments will be provided. Plea
