Come along to our free Hangleton and Knoll parent carer coffee morning, open to all parent carers of children with additional and support needs.
Itinerary
- 9.30 – 10am: Time for a cuppa and chat with other parent carers
- 10 – 11am: Workshop – “What is the point of anxiety?”
We are joined by Bonita Holland, who has 38 years’ experience of working with children and young people with SEND and mental health issues. She will explain how anxiety works and what its purpose is. How it can be a useful sensation but how it can also get out of hand. - 11 – 11.30am: Time for questions
