Free parent carer workshops: Teens and self harm
The charity Safety Net are offering free workshops for parent carers on the topic of “Teens and self harm” in a variety of locations across Brighton and Hove.
Open to all parent carers in Brighton and Hove, the workshops aim to answer your questions and concerns about self harm, and how to talk to your teenager about this difficult topic. They also offer support to manage your own feelings as a parent.
The workshops will be running at the following locations:
The Bridge, Moulsecoomb – Wednesday 20th September 6.30pm-9.00pm
The Crew Club, Whitehawk – Saturday 7th October 10.00am-12.30pm
Hangleton Community Centre – Wednesday 1st November 6.30pm-9.00pm
Old Boat Corner, Hollingbury – Saturday 18th November 10.30am-1.00pm
