SUMMARY:FREE Compass Card skateboarding activity session
DESCRIPTION:Join the Healthy Lifestyles and Compass Card teams in a small g
 roup coaching session. Skateboarding is a great way to get active\, boost 
 your mood\, build confidence\, and express yourself. Friendly and qualifie
 d coaches will teach Compass Card holders how to ride a skateboard\, along
  with developing some basic moves. You don’t need any previous skateboar
 ding skills to come along and try it out.\nDate: Monday 23 October\nVenue:
  King Alfred Leisure Centre\, Hove\n\nTimes:\n\n11.30 – 12.30: 7-12 year
  olds\n\n12.45 – 1.45:  13-25 year olds\n\nHow to book\n\nThe workshop 
 is free\, but you need to contact Marie to book a place: marie@amazesussex
 .org.uk\n\nImportant things to note:\n\n 	All participants must wear a hel
 met and pads are recommended. These will be provided. A parent carer must 
 stay with the Compass Card holder throughout the session but will not be a
 ble to participate. Registration and waiver forms must be completed before
  the day. The Compass team will send the waiver form to you when you book.
  Flat soled trainers are preferable for skateboarding. No open toes\, Croc
 s or heeled shoes. Make sure you were appropriate clothing.\n 	The Compass
  Card holder must be able to understand basic instruction\, either from th
 e Healthy Lifestyle coach or their parent carer\, to participate.\n 	Light
  refreshments will be provided.\n
