Free Amaze Zoom workshop: Preparing for Adulthood- Planning from Year 9
This free zoom workshop is for parent carers of young people with SEND in Year 9 and above, in East Sussex and Brighton & Hove, who want to know more about preparation for adulthood.
The preparation for adulthood starts early but from Year 9, annual reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHC Plans) must include a focus on it. Preparing for adulthood means considering independent living, health, community inclusion and education, training and employment. It is relevant for all young people whether they have an EHC Plan or not.
Please join us to find more about how to plan for your young person’s future and to meet other parent carers at a similar stage.

The workshop is free, but you need to book through Eventbrite.
