Amazing Futures groups and peer support [Brighton & Hove and East Sussex]

Event info:

Amazing Futures groups and peer support [Brighton & Hove and East Sussex]

Amazing Futures is for young people aged 14 to 25 with SEND, living in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex.

As lockdown eases, we’re back to meeting face-to-face in small groups! We have loads on offer, including games, art, seafront walks, an LGBTQIAU group, and so much more.

Our friendly groups are a great opportunity to meet people your age, and get involved in a range of activities. You can talk to our trained peer support volunteers at the groups too. They won’t try to tell you what to do, just listen and support you to find your own solutions to your problems.

Check out what’s coming up:

East Sussex

Amazing Futures East Sussex groups are running indoor face-to-face support groups in Eastbourne and Bexhill. We take part in a range of activities, including games, art, workshops on life skills, and discussions.

There are two groups running each week, with space for up to ten young people. We also offer weekly walks (at a leisurely pace!) along the seafront in Eastbourne on Tuesdays, weather permitting.

We also have a very active WhatsApp group where you can keep in touch, sharing photos and chatting together.

After Easter, you can also get involved with creating our online magazine for young people with additional needs, Amazine. Learn more about Amazine.

Please note, there will be no groups over the Easter holidays.

Want to get involved? Contact Claire on 07484 915 038 or email claire@amazesussex.org.uk

Due to limited group sizes, we may not be able to offer you a spot right away, but we’ll fit you in as soon as we can.

  • Monthly drama sessions
