Amaze launch NDP Family Navigation and Training Service in Brighton & Hove

We are delighted to be launching a new service in Brighton & Hove – the NDP (Neurodevelopmental Pathway) Family Training and Navigation Service. This service has been commissioned by Brighton & Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The new NDP service aims to provide support to local parent carers at each stage along the neurodevelopmental pathway, to help families manage the challenges that children and young people face. The conditions covered locally by the NDP are Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Tics/Tourette Syndrome.

Your child does not need to have a diagnosis to get support and life does not need to have become difficult.

Access to the service is via a referral from a professional working with your child or young person.

NB: The NDP Service is different to our existing Amaze SENDIASS service, which is open to all SEND families and continues unchanged.  SENDIASS offers independent, impartial information advice and support from trained advisors on anything to do with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) including education, health and social care. The service is for children and young people with SEND up to 25 and their parents and carers who can contact SENDIASS directly Amaze SENDIASS Advice Line
